Editing Templates
It is possible now to edit existing asset templates. That means new attributes can be added and existing attributes can be renamed or deleted. Even the whole template can be deleted when it is not in use.
You find this menu entry at the New Asset button on the asset tree!
Deleting of an asset with sub assets
Is there an asset with multiple sub assets, you can now delete the complete structure with all sub assets, tickets and documents. By using the same delete entry of the asset menu you have to simply check the box to “Delete all sub assets”.
Ticket filter update
The filtering of ticket list is updated. Now you are able to filter in more detail the list and you can only filter what is available on the list. Beside that the active filter type is directly shown as tag above the list.
Meta data for documents
For documents you are now able to add meta data to it like a meaningfull description, choose a document type and language from a list. You can add or change this afterwards as well.
Service milestone tab
The asset page shows you the service milestone for this asset on a tab. So will keep the overview, what milestone is active with this asset.
Platform notifications
The platform now provides you a notification menu. Here you will get notifications about incoming or assigned tickets for you or if any deadline will be reached soon. Therefore the bell at the headline is the new icon where you are informed about your notifications.
By clicking on the bell it shows yaou all your unread notifications. You can mark them as read by a click on the envelope icon or mark all as read with the link in the upper left corner. If you want to see the read notifications as well just switch them on with the “Show all” toggle switch. Notifications will be stored for 30 days.
One click x4remote connection refresh
x4remote connections can now refreshed easely with out entering the credentials. The stored credentials will be used. After the refresh you can a report what has been changed.
Use the refresh icon to trigger the platform to read all routers and data sources from x4remote. After the refresh the platform provides you a summary.
Machine connection via MQTT
From now on, it is possible to connect machines via mqtt with the Asset Performance Platform!
With the asset menu point “manage connections” you can now select the connection type as “x500 via x4remote” or “x500 via MQTT”.
After selecting MQTT the platform provides you the needed information for the router, like URL, credentials and certificate.
