Gateway checklist

A gateway must fulfill the following conditions in order to send its data directly to the Asset Performance Platform:

Prerequisites for the gateway

 

must be able to connect to any MQTT broker at the internet.

 

Must support a secure connection to the broker at port 8883.

 

The topic to which the message is sent must be freely adjustable.

 

The data points must be JSON formatted and Sparkplug B compliant. What does it mean?

If all requirements are fulfilled, this gateway can directly connected to the broker of the Asset Performance Platform.

If not all requirements are met, please contact your locale Sales representative to find a solution.
