You will find further information about our company, information on the authorized representatives and further contact options in the imprint of our website: https://www.lenze.com/de-de/impressum

1.2 For what purpose

If we have received data from you, we will only process it for the purposes for which we received or collected it.

Data processing for other purposes can only be considered if the legal requirements required in this respect in accordance with Article 6 (4) GDPR are met. Any information obligations pursuant to Art. 13 para. 3 GDPR and Art. 14 para. 4 GDPR will of course be observed in this case.

Insofar as we obtain data about you from other sources, you have voluntarily provided it there yourself. This applies in particular to data for lead generation (prospecting). "Lead" is a term from marketing and refers to a qualified prospect who is interested in a company and/or a product and for this purpose provides the company with his contact details for further correspondence on his own initiative. As so-called lead generation tools, we currently use LinkedIn Lead Gen forms (https://de.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy) as well as the lead generation process of the Vogel Communications Group (https://privacy.vogel.de/datenschutz.html ).

1.3 On what legal basis

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is in principle – unless there are still specific legal provisions – Art. 6 GDPR. In particular, the following options can be considered here:

  • Consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR)

  • Data processing for the performance of contracts (Art. 6 para. 1 lit.b) GDPR

  • Data processing on the basis of a balancing of interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR)

  • Data processing to fulfil a legal obligation (Art. 6 para. 1 lit.c) GDPR)

If personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to revoke your consent to us at any time with effect for the future.

If we process data on the basis of a balancing of interests, you as the data subject have the right to object to the processing of personal data, taking into account the requirements of Art. 21 GDPR.

1.4 How long

In principle, we process the data as long as this is necessary for the respective purpose, unless there are statutory retention obligations that require longer storage.

Of course, you can request information about the data stored by us about you at any time and, in the event of a non-existent necessity, request the deletion of the data or restriction of processing.

The revocation of a declaration of consent leads to the deletion of the data collected on this basis.

1.5 Disclosure of data

In principle, your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the contract with you if the transfer is permissible on the basis of a balancing of interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR, if we are legally obliged to pass it on or if you have given your consent in this respect.

In addition, for the fulfilment of our services, we use various processors, each bound by instructions and carefully selected, who process data on our behalf.

1.6 Processing of data

We use the solutions of our service provider Microsoft in German data centres to store your personal data. Microsoft's privacy policy is available here: https://privacy.microsoft.com/de-de/privacystatement .

1.7 Your rights as a "data subject"

You have the right to information about the personal data processed by us about you.

In addition, you have the right to correct incorrect data, block and delete your own personal data, provided that this does not conflict with a statutory retention obligation.

In particular, you have a right of objection pursuant to Article 21 (1) and (2) GDPR against the processing of your data in connection with direct marketing. This applies in particular to cases in which we provide you with content (webinars, white papers, podcasts, etc.) in return for your consent to receive marketing information.
