X4-Asset Performance PlatformThe platform is used to optimise maintenance processes. Devices installed/implemented in machines can be managed and visualised on the basis of hierarchical structures. For this purpose, different technical parameters (e.g., manufacturer, firmware, documentation, if applicable in the basis of web links to the manufacturer's website, locations, ...) are stored for the individual machines or devices. In conjunction with the recording of technical events/service tickets, maintenance and support services can thus be controlled. Personal data is primarily processed to manage users and access rights in the platform. When recording and/or processing installations and devices as well as service tickets, personal data is stored in log data in order to record any changes in the platform. Regardless of this, users may enter unstructured personal data in free text when processing service tickets, provided this is necessary due to their own organisational instructions. In the event of an objection by the person concerned, Lenze as platform operator has the right and the possibility to correct or delete corresponding personal data, if possible. Within the scope of system operation, data is stored for the analysis of errors and improvement of the platform. By requesting registration, you consent to the administration of your user data for the operation of the platform.
