To use the App the Marketing User or System Administrator profile as well as the Marketing User Checkbox on the User Detail page must be assigned to the user in Salesforce.
To assign an app license to a Salesforce user:
- Go to Setup as System Administrator
- Search for Installed Packages and follow the link
- CleverReach should be listed under the installed packages. There you can see the available and assigned licences
- Click on Manage Licenses, there you can assign/remove licenses
Alternatively go to Manage Users | Users | User Detail page | Managed Packages and assign/remove licenses individuallyIn addition, the user needs the permission set assigned.
