It will be possible to edit existing asset templates. That means new attributes can be added and existing attributes can be renamed or deleted. Even the whole template can be deleted when it is not in use.
Is there an asset with multiple sub assets, you can now delete the complete structure with all sub assets, tickets and documents. If the documents are used on multiple assets, the link will be deleted only.
The filtering of ticket list is updated. Now you are able to filter in more detail the list and you can only filter what is available on the list. Beside that the active filter type is directly shown as tag above the list.
For documents you are now able to add meta data to it like a meaningfull description, choose a document type and languange from list.
The asset page shows you the service milestone for this asset on a tab. So will keep the overview, what milestone is active with this asset.
The platform now provides you a notification menu. Here you will get notifications about incoming or assigned tickets for you or if any deadline will be reached soon.
x4remote connections can now refreshed easely with out entering the credentials. The stored credentials will be used. After the refresh you can a report what has been changed.
And as a small goodie your avatar will be shown on the headline.

Time based service milestones: It is now possible to create milestones for tickets that created on a specific date or recurring dates. E.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly, …
A calendar view is available to show time based milestones.
For assets a formated description can be placed. You can place more information and style them as headline, font color, change the font and much more.
For tickets the description can be formated. Even when a ticket was created from the machine the formating can be transferd for the description.
The user management is now integrated in the platform. It is possible to manage your customer and the user with their rights and roles on a new page.
The user can now manage their own profile including an avatar image by themself. Changing the password and activate the two factor authentication is also part of the profile page.
The avatar image is show for the ticket comments.

Responsive behavior on Smart phone and tablets.
Import functionality for assets structures from a PLC. The controller has to provide the machine structure as OPC UA Device Information model.
The customer switcher shows the customer structure as a tree. It is now possible to choose multiple customers from the tree for showing.
Asset templates are customer related and not visible for everyone anymore.

A rules engine is available for creating tickets based on the condition of a machine. (Service Milestones)
Asset cloning: You can now make copies of a complete asset structure including all attachments.
Move assets structures to other groups and sub groups.
Connect an asset with a x4remote data source.
Set a seperated QR code logo and color.
Sort the assets in one level via drag 'n drop.
Settings fields of an asset are now placed in a collapsable box.
The customer switcher is now available on the ticket board, too.

x4portal becomes x4 Asset Performance Platform
This release marks the major overhaul of the platform including the new name. The look has been modernized and new features have also been added.
Here is the overview of the changes. For a more detailed description of the functions, please refer to the manual.
Menu
New icons have been chosen for the pages in the menu. These now show you more clearly what the goal of each page is. The names are now language independent and the former "Dashboard" has been renamed to "Cockpit".
Branding
There is now the possibility to make an own color design related to the customer. Here you can customize the main and secondary colors of the system and place your own logo. This function is only available for administrators.
Cockpit
The cockpit page provides you with clear information about the customers. In the first version, information about tickets is displayed here.
Assets
On the assets page, a tree structure can now be used to display the topology of the machines. The depth of the structure is not limited.
Tickets
Tickets can be assigned to people. There is the possibility to attach attachments to tickets and add comments to a ticket.
When a ticket is received, a central customer-specific email address is informed. Furthermore, the user is informed by email when a ticket is assigned to him.
Hosting
With this release we are changing the hoster of the platform. It is now hosted on Microsoft Azure services.
