Assetbaum Ansicht

Der Bereich Assets dient der Verwaltung der Assets. Asset wird hier als allgemeiner Begriff verwendet. Was ein Asset ist (Maschine, Produktionslinie, Sensor, Produktionsstätte, Betriebsanleitung, ...), bleibt dem Benutzer überlassen. Es ist möglich, die Asset-Struktur an die eigenen Bedürfnisse anzupassen. Ob Sie die Maschine als oberste Einheit definieren wollen oder lieber bei der Anlage beginnen.

Für eine Anlage gibt es die Möglichkeit, beschreibende Informationen zur Anlage zu speichern, dazu gehören:

  • Typenschildinformationen und technische Daten

  • ein Bild der Anlage

  • Dateien, für Dokumente, Zeichnungen, Bilder, Videos

Die Anlagenübersichtsseite ist in 3 Bereiche unterteilt:

  1. Der Assetbaum: Hier werden die Anlagen in einer Baumstruktur angezeigt. Sie können in jedes Asset hinabsteigen und die Unter-Assets erreichen. Wird ein Asset im Baum angeklickt, so wird dieses in der Asset-Übersicht angezeigt und mit einem blauen Rahmen hervorgehoben.

  2. Die Asset-Übersicht: Hier werden das Bild und erste Informationen über das Asset angezeigt. Dieser Block wird aktualisiert, wenn auf die Zeile eines Assets im Assetbaum geklickt wird.

  3. Die Kopfzeile mit Kundenfilter: Je nachdem, für welche Kundengruppen Sie eine Berechtigung haben, werden diese hier aufgelistet und Sie können die Liste nach Kunden filtern. 

Am rechten Rand eines Assetszweig im Baum befindet sich ein Menü (:) mit weiteren Funktionen.

Das Asset und alle Sub Assets werden zu einem anderem Kunden verschoben. Es kann ausgewählt werden ob Tickets und/oder Anhänge erhalten bleiben sollen.

Import-Synchronisierung

Für eine Assetstruktur, die aus einer Steuerung importiert wurde kann die zyklische Synchronisierung eingestellt werden und es kann die sofortige Synchronisierung angestoßen werden.

Aufruf der Assetdetails

Um auf die Seiten mit allen Details zu dem Asset zu kommen kann in der Asset-Übersicht der Button “Details” in der rechten oberen Ecke genutzt werden oder der Details Eintrag im Assetmenü.

Asset Templates

Mit einer Anlagenvorlage erstellen Sie eine Vorlage für die Detailinformationen von Anlagen. Sie können festlegen, welche Informationen für diese Art von Asset gespeichert werden können und welche dieser Felder obligatorisch sind. Mit dem Kontrollkästchen Übersicht können Sie festlegen, welche Felder in der Vorschau über dem Asset angezeigt werden.

Wenn Sie eine oder mehrere der 4 Registerkarten abwählen, bedeutet dies, dass diese Funktion für dieses Asset nicht verfügbar ist. Wenn Sie die Markierung der Registerkarte "Offene Tickets" aufheben, wird die Registerkarte nicht angezeigt und es ist nicht möglich, Tickets für diese Art von Assets zu erstellen. Dasselbe gilt für die Registerkarte "Untergeordnete Kühlstellen". Wenn diese nicht markiert ist, können Sie keine Unteranlagen für diese Kühlstelle erstellen.

Sie müssen der Vorlage einen Namen geben und können über die Schaltfläche "+" neue Felder für Ihre Vorlage hinzufügen.

Dialog zur Erstellung einer neuen Vorlage

Beachten Sie, dass die ersten beiden Felder für die Anzeige des Assets verwendet werden. Verwenden Sie diese Felder, um identifizierende Informationen zu speichern. Im folgenden Beispiel finden Sie die ersten beiden Felder (Hersteller, Hersteller-Produktbezeichnung) im rechten Detailbereich für das Asset.

Reservierte Feldnamen

Bei der Erstellung von Vorlagen können auch Feldnamen vergeben werden, die spezielle Funktionen innerhalb des Portals haben.

Speicherung einer DeviceId aus x4remote. Dadurch wird in der Asset-Übersicht eine Schaltfläche sichtbar, die auf ein Gerät in x4remote verweist.

x4portal-pageId

Angabe einer pageId von x4remote. Die Schaltfläche führt Sie direkt zu einer Dashboard-Seite.

x4portal-location

Zum Speichern von Koordinaten (Breiten- und Längengrad, durch Komma getrennt).

Diese werden auf der Karte angezeigt.

Pfad zur Website des Herstellers mit weiteren Informationen über dieses Produkt. Der Inhalt muss in eine Internetadresse münden. Diese wird auf der Detailseite über die Schaltfläche "Vendor Product Information" aufgerufen.

x4portal-componentPath

Dieses Feld wird automatisch zu jeder neuen Anlage hinzugefügt und mit der zugewiesenen Identifikationsnummer gefüllt. Das Feld wird für die Erstellung von Tickets für diese Anlage verwendet und muss eine Identifikationszeichenfolge enthalten, die die Maschine verwendet.

Asset-Detailseite

Auf der Asset-Detailseite sind alle Informationen und Dokumentationen über das Asset verfügbar. Die untergeordneten Assets werden aufgelistet, die Instanzinformationen werden angezeigt. Hier können Sie die Dokumente zum Asset ablegen und sich einen Überblick über alle dem Asset zugeordneten Assets verschaffen.

QR-Code

Die Detailseite kann einen QR-Code mit einem Link zu dieser Detailseite erstellen. Sie können Ihren Maschinenbenutzern einen schnellen Zugang zu den Asset-Informationen und die Möglichkeit bieten, Tickets für dieses Asset zu erstellen, indem Sie diesen Code an das entsprechende Maschinenteil anbringen. Mit dem Smartphone gescannt, bringt er den Benutzer zu den relevanten Informationen und Funktionen. Der QR-Code kann über den Button auf dieser Seite aufgerufen werden.

Das Logo und die Farbe des QR-Codes können über den Menüpunkt "Benutzerdefiniertes Design" im Einstellungsmenü angepasst werden. Das Logo für den QR-Code muss quadratisch und im svg-Format sein. Es kann jedoch transparente Bereiche enthalten, so dass es möglich ist, ein Logo mit beliebiger Form zu erstellen.

Zeigt alle direkt untergeordneten Assets an. Diese können hier bearbeitet und geöffnet werden.

Ansicht der Asset-Detailinformationen. Im Abschnitt "Einstellungen" werden alle reservierten Felder (siehe Abschnitt “Reservierte Feldnamen”), die mit "x4portal-..." beginnen, angezeigt.

Leere Felder sind standardmäßig ausgeblendet. Um sie einzublenden, deaktivieren Sie das Kontrollkästchen in der oberen linken Ecke.

Liste der Dokumente und Link zur Website des Herstellers.

Reiter Offene Tickets

Eine Liste der offenen Service-Tickets, die mit dem Asset verknüpft sind.

Asset Tree

The Assets section is used to manage the assets. Asset is used here as a general term. What an asset is (machine, production line, sensor, production site, operating manual, ...) is left to the user. It is possible to customize the asset structure according to your own needs. Whether you want to define the machine as the top unit or rather start at the plant.

For an asset, there is an option to store information describing the asset, this includes:

  • Nameplate information and technical data

  • a picture of the asset

  • files, for documents, drawings, pictures, videos

The asset overview page is divided into 3 areas:

  1. The Asset Tree: Here the assets are displayed in a tree structure. You can descend into each asset and reach the sub-assets. When an asset is clicked in the tree, it is displayed in the asset overview and highlighted with a blue frame.

  2. The Asset Overview: Here the image and initial information about the asset is displayed. This block is updated when you click on the line of an asset in the tree.

  3. The header bar with Customer Filter: Depending on which customer groups you have permission for, they will be listed here and you can filter the list by customer.

At the right edge of an asset branch in the tree there is a menu (:) with further functions.

To get to the pages with all details about the asset, you can use the "Details" button in the upper right corner of the asset overview or the Details entry in the asset menu.

Asset Templates

With an asset template you create a template for the detailed information of assets. You can define which information can be stored for this type of asset and which of these fields are mandatory. With the overview checkbox you can decide which fields are show in the preview on top of the asset.

Deselecting one or more of the 4 tabs means, this function is not available on this asset. If you deselect the ‘Open Tickets’ tab means the tab is not shown and it is not possible to create tickets for this type of assets. Same with the ‘Sub Assets’ tab. If this is not checked you cannot create sub assets for this asset.

You have to give the template a name and you can use the + button to add new fields for your template.

Note that the first two fields are used to display the asset. Use these fields to store identifying information. In the following example you will find the first two fields (Manufacturer, Manufacturer Product Designation) in the right detail area for the asset.

Reserved field names

When creating templates, field names can also be assigned that have special functions within the portal.

x4portal-productInformationUrl

Path to the manufacturer's website with more information about this product. The content must result in an Internet address. This is called up on the detail page via the “Vendor Product Information” button.

x4portal-componentPath

This field will be automaticaly added to every new asset and are filled with the assed identification number. The field is used for creating tickets for this asset and shall contain an identification string the machine is using.

Asset detail page

All information and documentation about the asset is available on the asset detail page. The child assets are listed, the instance information is displayed. You can store the documents for the asset here and get an overview of all the assets assigned to the asset.

QR code

The detail page can create a QR code with a link to this detail page. You can offer your machine user quick access to the asset information and the possibility to create tickets for this asset by attaching this code to the relevant machine part. Scanned with the smartphone, it brings the user to the relevant information and functions. The QR code can be reached via the button on this page.

The logo and the color of the QR code can be customized via the “customized design” menu point of the settings menu. The logo for the QR code must be square size and in svg format. But it can contain transparent areas, so it is possible to create a logo of any shape.

Sub Assets Tab

Displays all directly subordinate assets. These can be edited and opened here.

Details Tab

View of asset detail information. In the section “settings” all the reserved fields (see section “Reserved Field names”), starting with “x4portal-…” are placed.

Empty fields are hided by default. To show them uncheck the check box in the upper left corner.

Product Information Tab

List of documents and link to the manufacturer's website.

Open tickets Tab

A list of open service tickets attached to the asset.
