Das Cockpit bietet einen Überblick über den Maschinenpark. Es bietet Informationen über die aktiven Tickets und, falls verfügbar, den Standort der Anlagen. Die Informationen können auf der Grundlage der Unternehmen gefiltert werden, wenn ein genauerer Blick erforderlich ist.  Das Ticketboard gibt Ihnen einen Überblick über die Anzahl der verfügbaren Tickets in den verschiedenen Kategorien. Klicken Sie auf eine der Kacheln, um zum Ticketboard zu gelangen und direkt einen Filter anzuwenden. In der Anlagenliste ist ein Filter für die Kunden verfügbar, auf die Sie Zugriff haben. Damit können Sie die sichtbaren Assets einschränken. Dies wirkt sich auch auf die Asset-Karte links daneben aus. Wenn Sie auf eine Stecknadel in der Anlagenkarte klicken, wird der Name der Anlage angezeigt.  Auswahl der KoordinatenUm ein Gerät mit Koordinaten zu füllen, verwenden Sie z.B. Google Maps. Hier können Sie eine beliebige Position des Mauszeigers in die Zwischenablage kopieren und dann in das Feld im Gerät einfügen. Dazu klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf die gewünschte Position und wählen den obersten Eintrag. Dadurch wird die Position in die Zwischenablage kopiert.  Fügen Sie dann die Position in Ihrem Asset in das Feld 'x4portal-location' ein. Eine genauere Beschreibung dieses speziellen Feldes finden Sie unter Assets.  |

The cockpit provides an overview of the machine park. It provides information about the active tickets and, if available, the location of the assets. The information can be filtered based on the companies if a closer look is needed. The ticket board gives you an overview of the number of tickets available in the different categories. Click on one of the tiles to go to the ticket board and apply a filter directly. In the asset list, a filter is available for the customers you have access to. This allows you to limit the visible assets. This also affects the asset card to the left of it. If you click on a pin in the asset card, the name of the asset will be displayed. Coordinates selectionTo fill a device with coordinates use e.g. Google Maps. Here you can copy any mouse pointer position to the clipboard and then paste it into the field in the device. To do this, right-click on the desired position and select the topmost entry. This will copy the position to the clipboard. |
