Das Cockpit gibt einen Überblick über den Maschinenpark. Es hält Informationen zu den aktiven Tickets bereit und sofern vorhanden die Verortung der Assets.
Die Informationen können auf Basis der Firmen gefiltert werden, falls ein näherer Blick von nöten ist.

In der Ticketsleiste erhalten Sie einen Überblick über die Anzahl an Tickets, die in den verschiedenen Kategorieen vorliegen. Klicken Sie auf eine der Kacheln um zum Ticketboard zu gelangen und direkt einen Filter anzuwenden.
In der Asset Liste steht ein Filter für die Kunden, auf die Sie Zugriff haben bereit. Damit können Sie die sichtbaren Assets einschränken. Das wirkt sich auch auf die Anlagenkarte links davon aus.
Klicken Sie in der Anlagenkarte auf einen Pin, so werden ihnen der Name des Assets angezeigt.

Auswahl der Koordinaten
Um ein Gerät mit Koordinaten zu füllen nutzen Sie z.B. Google Maps. Hier können Sie jede Mauszeigerpositon in die Zwischenablage kopieren und dann in das Feld im Gerät einfügen.
Führen Sie dazu einen Rechtsklick an der gewünschten Position aus und wählen Sie den obersten Eintrag aus. Damit wird die Position in die Zwischenablage kopiert.

Anschließend fügen Sie die Position in Ihrem Asset in das Feld ‘x4portal-location’ ein. Eine nähre Beschreibung zu diesem Sonderfeld finden sie unter den Assets. The ticket board gives you an overview of the number of tickets available in the different categories. Click on one of the tiles to go to the ticket board and apply a filter directly.
In the asset list, a filter is available for the customers you have access to. This allows you to limit the visible assets. This also affects the asset card to the left of it.
If you click on a pin in the asset card, the name of the asset will be displayed.

Coordinates selection
To fill a device with coordinates use e.g. Google Maps. Here you can copy any mouse pointer position to the clipboard and then paste it into the field in the device.
To do this, right-click on the desired position and select the topmost entry. This will copy the position to the clipboard.

Then insert the position in your asset into the field 'x4portal-location'. You can find a more detailed description of this special field under Assets.
